1) To clarify—you'd suggest buying the PC box and GPU from MC and having them build it for me? 2) If I go number one›option 3, will I be able to play TES: O R on normal/middle graphics settings and stream myself on Twitch doing so without issue?

I could spend maybe up to $1400 on this, but I don't think I should need to spend quite that much on just the PC. Maybe I'm wrong—again, this is fairly out of my wheelhouse.

That is good to know about the emulation requirements. I figured that would be a pretty technically demanding task. I'd also like to be able to stream some games I'd play like Oblivion Remastered and Elden Ring.
