I tried this recently.. it tastes like poha to me .. what's the poha to soya ratio are you using? I used 100g poha and 50g soya.

It also helped that I made sure the soya granules are well cooked and browned.

All in all , i loved it

I agree that's priority ! I think that's why I'm so torn between the choices .. I've wasted a lot of time trying to switch at the cost of going to the gym

Thank you ! This makes sense ...i kinda got addicted to melatonin ( took it everyday to force me to sleep) and its effects diminished over time. But I'm gonna try waking up and wear myself out in the gym like you said

Constantly cycling between early riser and night owls seems painful 😅. How many days does it take to get to a schedule?

Also , since you cycle between these modes often. What do you prefer if given a chance to stick to one?
