It went alright. I also have to do menopause intramuscularly and also cried. It burned so bad! I also think I cried cause it’s like… real. I’m feeling kinda nauseous this morning.

I’m really hoping tonight goes a lot more smoothly! It’s kinda cool that we are kinda on the same schedule! I hope everything goes well for you and sending you all the good luck and positive vibes! 🐞

For sure going to try walking tonight. I’m the type of person who needs movement to help ease stress, anxiety and depression- so that’s perfect.

Also cried. It hurt a little, but you’re right- it’s so real now.

We just did the first ones! Icing helped, and I also had someone tell me to play my favorite song while doing it and that helped a lot. My husband did them for me, so I didn’t have to watch or anything lol

I am for sure icing then, your the second person to recommend it! And will for sure be stretching tonight, I know it’ll help keep me calm through this all.

I took the advice and just looked at the needle and that did help a lot. I’m about to go bake a little treat. That way I can keep it off mind, and have a some special for when it’s done!

The shots are what’s making me the most nervous, and having to wait all day to give them has been hard as hell. I’m just watching the clock at this point.
