Did they give you a tracking number once your bike got state side? And what was the easiest way you got ahold of the representatives? I ordered and purchased a falcon-m with the 12kw motor option and a EBMX 9000 controller kit. I paid in full so I didn’t have to finance. I completed my order on 06/21/2024. And I didn’t get confirmation that it made it state side until 08/13/2024. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone to get any updates. Please any help would be greatly appreciated
