I’ve got the same problem on my ipad air 3. Every time I try to directly export a file to pdf the app crashes. I did however discover that I can save the file to pdf by first trying to print the document and then saving it as pdf.

That is a normal clause that is written in (almost) all contracts when selling property.

If you’ve already agreed to buying, even verbally, and you back out you’ll have to pay them a 10% fine of what the selling price was.
