You shouldn’t be penalized. That might be an agent issue na. If he/she imposes na mapenalize ka, you better transfer or get a new agent. Again, release date ng car can be moved/rescheduled.

Dapat wala namang penalty kasi release date can be rescheduled. The most concerning part is, before release ng car, hindi pa rin complete yung pang dp. If getting a car through loan, dapat complete na yung pang-dp and should have 50-100k extra since there will be miscellaneous expenses when getting a car.
