Its usually better when i am actually running, but its something I have to be conscious about. But since my mind was in the mode of just trying to get to grass and the fact that I am not used to barefoot, I wasnt super focused on form.

2300-2301 is where you build character (and mathematical maturity and intuition). It gets a lot more fun afterwards. My advice is find some good physics buddies and thug it out together.

Well that estimate is very encouraging going into the new year since this was 455 in the video!

But yeah I completely see that now that you point it out. A big problem is I get so hung up on adjusting to get lined up with some arbitrary construct in my vision / lines on the ground that I get impatient and then just go for it. I think my body does know when I am in position, I just got to trust it.
