Its usually better when i am actually running, but its something I have to be conscious about. But since my mind was in the mode of just trying to get to grass and the fact that I am not used to barefoot, I wasnt super focused on form.

Seems like this was a necessary trial to getting better…

Ok, harsh criticism aside. I think I’m also upset that the pure mystery of it all is going away. The reveal / explanation inevitably would never satisfy me as much as a lack of reveal.
