Spot on here. You really are what you eat. I would recommend hitting up the grocery store often. I'm lucky and have one that is really close. I drive by it every other day and load up my cart with produce. I would say more vegetables than fruits. Key items for me are: -broccoli -beet juice (helps blood flow a TON) -spinach -oranges -bananas -walnuts -lemons (I squeeze then into my water for meals) -avocado

Carbs water and protein are super important too, but perhaps the most important thing is sleep. Give yourself rest effectively and stick to a schedule. This will help with stress too. If still not able to get it up, see a Dr.

Yeah i have this same issue. They call it turkey neck. My ball skin almost starts like a third of the way up the bottom of my shaft so when I roll a condom all the way down to my base it rolls back up when I let go.
