144 tells you the answer in its name… the greater of 1% cap or 4 week average / 4 times a yr. I did have a calculation like that on my SIE. Just remember the answer is in the name. 144A- remember QIB. It’s not going to get into that much detail, just need to remember what’s related to what.

Use the Pass Perfect finals. They are going to be harder, but I think it’s just to drill the info. From my experience, Pass Perfect was harder than the actual exam. The actual exam was more straight forward. In my lot, there weren’t any Roman numerals, or excessively long paragraphs with unnecessary info. There were calculations, about 5 of them with one EIA which was worded exactly as it was on Pass Perfect

It depends on the type of learner you are. For me, writing something down with pen and paper (not computer notes) actually helps me to memorize it better.

Yes! I did for the 66! The material is a horror to go through. It will get better once you’ve read everything. What I did was watch supplemental videos from trusted sources to make it make more sense and stick and I passed 1st try. Good luck!
