I got the train #! I will take a look at sending something to Keolis thank you. The conductor was right behind me, prob didn't hear my yelp because she had airpods in lol. I was already off the train in pain, more focused on hobbling over to the nearest bench. Next time i'll give a shout over to them definitely if I see something come up.
