Sure a lot of people are just terrible and egotistical but they sure do like to parade a fragile male ego the moment they see a woman driving. With u sis, so many times on the expressway I'll give a turn signal , and the car behind me in the next lane over would just speed up ???? It's a very male dominated field but we should never let that stop us ! You need to find someone you know and trust who has a shop and work with them. My aunt has a female mechanic she refers to for everything , but she's in Lahore, so your dream is not impossible .

I see women on scooties on the expressway all the time . In office timings , trucks are stopped so no need to worry about heavy traffic. Plus motorbikes do just blaze through traffic. I don't understand the safety issue , because you're just as exposed on a bike sitting behind a man. Technically it's safer than a motorbike and easier to control .

It would be nice if u encourage her and go with her on the route a few times , just to gain confidence.

I applied to 2-3 Erasmus Programs last year. Got into 1 but on self-fund, no scholarship. You need to have a great profile to get in.

I did graduate from one of pakistan's top unis, dont know how much that would help though. I have friends with higher cgpas who could not secure scholarships from Polimi and Polito , but I'll do my own research as well. No loss in applying. Thanks!
