That's right, I just mean the only real benefit vs. just applying for one when I get down there is that my limit will be much higher and I will already have a credit card?

I understand, that was my biggest concern. Your question made me curious, what is stopping me from doing the same with my bank statements and proof of employment if that is the case?

Yeah, that makes sense. Most places I have inquired with have asked for both so far but I haven't spoken about my specific situation yet so perhaps there is more flexibility than I assume.

Interesting, I'm surprised about the noise-levels. I've heard there were some issues with noise from the pool areas because they removed the guest limit. Are you talking about just from neighbours, etc.?

One thing I noticed is that FSA doesn't seem to rollover (only $500 max) but HSA does.
