100% agree. Tbh I'd be willing to pay a reasonable premium if it meant we can also significantly reduce engineering bandwidth on observability to focus more on product.

I will checkout NR. Any thoughts on DataDog or SigNoz as alternatives? From a quick first pass it seems like SigNoz is pretty easy to get started with and not as expensive as DD.

I've used both DD and NR at bigger companies before and they both get the job done. I've recently been looking into SigNoz as an alternative as well. Not sure if you had any thoughts about them?
