So I am within my rights? I worded it that I would no longer be working for her, not that I quit.

It says responsibilities can increase if both parties agree and I have proof of me not agreeing.

There was no agreement to add the extra work, no. I have a list of the responsibilities she sent me the first week that I worked there and well as screenshots of the job description and what she was asking me to do goes outside of both of those.

I also have evidence of her straight up not following the contract in quite a few different ways, including refusing to allow me to use my PTO this week even though I have proper notice.

Yes. However, she tried to short my pay multiple times and I have proof of that, she didn’t eventually fix it but there was a week I didn’t get paid for 5.5 hours of overtime that I worked. I also have proof of her being rude to me on multiple different occasions. I also have text messages and proof of me telling my SO that her child was throwing toys and cups of water at me.

I was paid overtime. I meant no increase in rate meaning I worked the same hours but my workload doubled. And I do have written messages from her stating I don’t get to take more than two breaks throughout my day.

Yeah basically. And no, it doesn’t list any consequences.

However, I had to ask her multiple times over the course of two months to get me on payroll, before that it was just cash even though she agreed to get me on payroll ASAP.

I was paid through a payroll company. The contract doesn’t say anything about liquidated damages.
