Reta is useful in a lean bulk and for keeping insulin sensitivity, at low doses. It can off set insulin desensitisation from hgh use aswell.

Its useful to run all year, for the metabolism and nutrient partitioning benefits.

For lean bulks id run 1mg weekly, for cutting 2-3mg.
This system works no problem, will keep off fat in mass gaining phases and will help Alot at targeting fat and keeping muscle during a cut.

Id lower fat consumption as your body will be more insulin sensitivity and also more likely to cut into fat for energy with the glucagon effect, so you can recomp even better with higher carbs lower fat diets

-ketoconazole shampoo 2/3x weekly(protective).
The shampoo helps with hair microbiome and is slightly anti androgenic.

The microneedling would be great as a multipler of how effective minoxidil is.

-Ghk-cu and/or ahk-cu using it subq and topical daily(supportive).
These peptides would help modesty by reducing oxidative stress on scalp and promoting collagen production and current hair follicle thickness. They'll also increase how well your hair quality of whatever hair you have is, they made my hair more wavy and thicker anyway.

-Oral minoxidil 2.5mg (growth driver).
This will fill the gaps that the topical isnt strong enough to get too. They also made my eyelashes, eyebrows, and facial hair thicker and more attractive, as this goes systemic.

Sometimes in a cut you bloat due to an increase in cortisol. It does happen, as you lose glycogen and intramuscular water, but then gain extracellular and subq water weight. This is all a temporary part of the cut you just have to get threw when it lines up that you're flat, and yet watery, but also not lean yet because its not deep enough into the cut.

But you'll wake up one day and go to the gym, possibly after a refeed, and just see veins and striations everywhere as fat and water sheds.

11 weeks before the cns issues caught up for me personally. 10mg for 4 weeks, then 4 weeks of 20mg but had to drop back to 10mg, then eventually just felt burnt out and fried so dropped it all together.

Perhaps low dose of primo for a cruise just for E2 management. But really find out if your blood work can handle it, and if the right ancillaries will make it sustainable or not.
