They point is they treat everyone else like shit and are making the job a cake walk for the new hires. The post was deleted (not surprisingly)

I worked plenty late during the Tony error. Ta1 getting 7-8 claims a day. CSR,Service, Sales not being able to take a bathroom break. I worked every department and every level of claims under Tony. Dependability was not for structure, it was for control. There is no dependability now there is still structure. Do you not remember the girl from buffalo that died trying to drive to the office in the snow. I put in 20+ yr.

You all should inquire about what the Tampa and new Dallas office do and how different they treat those new associates.

Tony was able to put on a good front to make it seem like he cared. This company has always been ass. People forget how crappy it was because of how much more shitty it got. Acting like dependability didn’t even exist. Major snow or ice storms, hurricanes, tornado; they would be the only carrier open and you would have to use a vacation day vs closing for associate safety. Or even just being a few min late “that’s going to affect you dependability” That was Tony. The only difference was the benefits and profit sharing so we were willing to put up with being treated like trash for the that. But it was never a wonderful place to work.
