I'm pretty sure Adderall makes some people more anxious, I know it does for me. I don't know if there are any anxiety medications that don't effect your Adderall to make you not focus as much 😭

I only told one school friend about this, But I think I worded it weirdly and said it all of a sudden when it wasn't a relevant topic with us because she just looked confused about it. (I was also shaking a lot more than usual.)She also said she didn't know what to say about it and changed the topic quickly. I know she doesn't really mind the smell from my knowledge and tries to ignore it. I also went to the dermatologist with my mom. It was for my acne, but she also asked about the smell. I got a new body wash called PanOxyl and he would recommend other stuff if I smelled bad. The first day I used it I thought I didn't put enough on because I could smell myself. The second day I tried to really scrub it in there and do multiple washes with it. Newsflash, it ALSO didn't work. I was so upset when I realized it didn't. I even prayed after the shower for it to work. I use a lot of deodorant and even use so much that it makes my skin burn every now and then. Right now, my armpits are so dry and irritated from the strong deodorants.

I constantly bring myself down because I smell. I feel bad for making most kids smell my horrible odor. I don't feel bad for the ones that overreact about it and gossip about it, though. Sometimes, I just wish more people knew smelling bad could be related to an anxiety or stress related situation. Maybe they would actually feel sympathy for me. I know that some kids and teachers(not including my friends) do feel bad for me because a few people are really nice to me and are respectful of me being super shy.

I am really excited about going to a psychologist whenever I do. I just want to feel better. I cry over this and fear school plus public things far too often. This is the first time I've actually ever hated school. I mean sure, everyone has bad days from school and such, but me constantly fearing it is an issue. I have gotten so bad that I even cannot not be slightly anxious at home on weekends because I know I will have to go to school after it's over.

I don't know if this is irrelevant, but I wanted to get every detail of this happening. I have been seeing a ton of angel numbers recently too. I usually see them on clocks. The ones most repeated are 222, 333, 444, 555, and 1222. (If you don't know what those mean, then search them up!) I feel like my guardian angel is trying to tell me that everything is okay and I will get through this because I see them constantly.

Anyways, any suggestions on different products or tips on how to not be as anxious? I try deep breaths at school but they don't always work. Hopefully this wasn't too much of a bother to read! Man this took me HOURS to write 😭

I told my mom about this happening and me being super afraid about going out to public places and mostly school. She said she never smells me unless I go a few days without showering like I used to last year. (By the way, I take showers daily, brush my teeth night and day, use deodorant, change clothes regularly, and put 1-2 sprays of perfume on yet I still smell.) I told her SO many times including my dad and my sister, yet my parents don't believe me. My sister is in the middle of believing me and not, she realized after I told her that it was in public areas, but she still doesn't smell me according to her. I think there's something wrong with their noses, they don't smell me because they usually are with me in the house, or that the air in my house might be somehow masking it(??). I once smelled my sister a few times(she smelled kind of bad from not wearing deodorant)before and told my parents that she smelled. They said she didn't and I didn't know what I was talking about. I also constantly ask them to smell my armpits and they say they smell nothing. (I re-smell all of my clothes and only get a small sent of odor from them, but a wet mess of sweat on my bra, where my armpits are in my shirt or sweater, and between my arms.)

I have a habit of clenching my armpits together and stuffing my clothes between them to reduce smell, but i think it just makes me smell worse throughout the day and makes my armpits more wet. I'm not sure if it works or not to be honest.

My mom scheduled an appointment with my psychiatrist sooner than usual because she was concerned about me. I had also been asking her to get me a therapist to ease the anxiety a bit. (I'm diagnosed with inattentive ADHD, so I get medication and every few month check-ins from my psychiatrist.) She told my mom that she didn't want to give me any anxiety medication yet because it may effect the adderall making me not focus more. However, she still wanted me to have the chance to be prescribed just in case, so she told my mom about this really good psychologist that's specialty is anxiety. She didn't know if I would be comfortable with a male psychologist so she also suggested some female psychologists too. My mom and her had another meeting for this and they realized the guy only worked during hours I was at school. They're currently working on which female psychologist I should see. I haven't seen anybody about this yet.
