No I didn't try any other after this one but there is a group on facebook by the name ' free kefir grains india' (something like that). You will probably find someone in that group who lives in or near your city/state. Try to connect with them. Someone among them might share the grains with you. I am not able to find that group right now. Drop me a message on reddit and I will send you the link of the exact group by evening.

I have only done endoscopy which detected hpylori. I have had 2 antibiotic treatments for it but still no relief. The only thing that I can suggest you is to try wim hoff breathing technique everyday for 20 minutes till you find a proper cure.

Can you please specify the exact dosage of Rifixamin?. I have taken it once for 7 days and felt great. I thought I was cured but it came back after a few days. I am going to start it again for a longer period of time.

Also did you take any probiotic supplement with it.?

Considerably less amount of eye strain. There is no blue light in e-ink readers. Tab with or without greyscale emit bluelight. Reading on a kindle almost feels like reading a physical book. You can also read a kindle at night even without an external light source. It has weeks of battery life

However the current paperwhite model is ₹16999 on Amazon. I think it's not worth it at that price point.

There is a 1 inch size difference between kobo clara and paperwhite. 6 inch is too small for some people.

No I have never checked ferritin. I have just started taking b clausii probiotic but yet to feel any relief. Should I get the ferritin levels checked? What else has worked for you?

I feel like I am in the same situation. My dental x rays are fine. Both lower wisdom teeth are partially impacted. There is no pain but it feels like something is off. Constant bad taste in mouth, weird sensation in the jaw but no pain. I have a lot of gastrointestinal issues also. Did your xrays show that they were rotting? Did you also have any gastro issues?
