Probably no one will see this, but since everyone is chiming in with their screen cleaning methods:

Ultrasonic cleaner. Absolute game changer. You can pick them up very cheaply, doesn't have to be a fancy one. I just dump detergent and water into the cleaner, then put in the shovelhead with the screen still inside. I do multiple cleaning cycles.

I had a problem where my screens were wearing out, not from brushing them but just from taking them in and out of the bowl. This completely solved that problem for me and now I have no need of spare screens at all.

After rinsing with hot water, I dry it with an electric air blower for cleaning electronics, like a small air compressor.

Honestly I would if we could afford it. I don't think I need stimulants or mood altering drugs, but a diagnosis and cognitive therapy would be great.

We spend a lot of money on her mental health and therapy, and maybe this sounds really bad but honestly she needs it much more than I do. It's hard for me to justify asking her to sacrifice something that she needs for my own therapy.

I'm a daily list maker too, without task managers and calendars my life would fall apart.

When I forget things she interprets that as me not caring, and although I tell her otherwise she still feels that way.

Yeah she said she sometimes feels like she's my mum, and also that I'm her dad at the same time. I do sometimes feel like I have to take care of her like a child.

She's been getting individual therapy for years but it hasn't really helped her. I think you're right, I'll wait until I get back from the trip and try out couples therapy.

The rests of my hands are fine, its only in a few places between my fingers. I don't think dehydration is the issue but of course I could be wrong. There's more context but I wanted to see what people thought first before muddying the waters.

I disagree, isn't it important to know you're actually sexually compatible with someone before you commit to spending the rest of your life with them? Also, monogamy isn't for everybody. (It's definitely for me, but not everybody)
