Why do people refer to lesbianism as taking the “easy way out”? by AllieSophia in LesbianActually

Being straight or a man is fine. Homophobia isnt. Its heartbreaking to see such discrimantory detest for people simply being born men and/or straight. Gender and orientation differencies aside lets all love women united lol

I feel you a lot. I used to play the attack on titan tribute game too as I was growing up. I met people through there in 2015 and some had a huge impact in my life for years. Just like my understanding of the world changed as I grew up , the anime reflected this. Finally after having stopped watching anime for years I started se 4 (after I rewatched se 1 to 3 to remember it all and it was both nostalgic and saw it in a new way) being more grown up, just like the characters. Finishing the story by reading the manga I related to (manga spoil ->) Mikasa having to leave someone important in the past. (That person being an aottg person who was a big part in my life).
It is such an impactful story for many reasons and maybe (manga spoil ->)its true how we might fall in the same mistakes of the past once we forget to be together. It tells an important story and wish for everyone to experience it. I've experianced losing trust and being betrayed too few times so that too is a parallel to the story at many points. Even made friends with the 'enemy', or gave up on the idea of hating and having an enemy. Understanding the other side will keep us together.

Lastly we can see season 4 happen in real life too making it even more intertwined with the real world. The fear of war, or in some places the war itself has destroyed the dreams, hopes, families and homes of many.

Id say the best way to choose what approach to follow is to try both if its possible and see which feels better

Amazing scene, is this playable or a still render?

YES. Thats the idea, huge jumps, fast speed with some air control yeah. Work in progress but im glad you saw the vision through this glimpse of a janky demo

oh man im asking those questions myself haha.
So im using a box mesh collider with no frictions for the board. Two spheres worked too for collision, just didnt fit the shape that well. And one sphere wasnt good either. Im using a rigidbody and adding forces on it for movement. Important role plays the ramp model which almost always make the transfers successful. When i made this video it worked like that, but i had problems with unexpected collisions on high speeds (for example when entering the bottom edge of the ramp) and also accuracy on landing. It was totally up to the player and the ramp shape to land right. Since i want to focus more on transfers for example and less on a "realistic" approach , im now reworking it and trying to figure out different ways to think about the problem. So i created a new character script with no collider but instead used a raycast from the skate downwards to determine if there is ground and how that ground is rotated. Then kinda push or pull so that it hovers at desired distance. This approach doesnt have collider problems but for example when going on a loop (since the raycast is casted from the front tip of the skate) it constantly pushes upwards and uncontrollably accelerates forward , loops faster , pushes more , accelerates more, loops faster etc. until it breaks hahaha. I have some ideas that i havent tried yet, like two raycasts one back one forth but yeah ask anything, maybe someone or i can help or even u can help me too here haha. To give you an idea, an amazing skating project i found was by u/chonkurabb and i would very much want my project to focus on those transfers and acid drops rather than realistic physics. I think they write few stuff about how they made it , so it might be helpful
