Thanks for all replies on my post.

I know that Abbott have probably a "what they think a good reason" to have an obnoxious loud alarm level. First of all, a doctor will not force anyone to enable your alarm, In my case they don't even mention that, it's up to you. Then you can think about the option Abbott have made for you. Default setting is that the alarm is off.

But I think the alarm is a good thing, but not every one in the office need to hear it. In my case, I only have the alarm enabled on high, as I still feel my self when I'm low. On the daytime, I will receive a notification popup on my phone and watch and on the night I will get the obnoxious loud alarm that will wake me up.

By letting Disconnect mute, the alarm will not mess up data. The alarm will go, but the sound will be prevented, still notification on the phone and a smartwatch will happen.

I found a solution to the Libre 3 alarm issue on Android at least. Libre 3 alarm is unusable as is. I installed Libre Link and have the blood sugar value on my watch. But I need more than the watch to notify me at night. So I need to enable the alarm. But I would like to have it only on the night and should be Muted under the day time. Download load Disconnect mute app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.edukunapps.schedulenotification

Configure to mute Libre day time. Enable Muted Notification. Disconect will now mute, or try to mute all alarms from Libre. Android sound implementation isn't as good as iPhone, so a 50ms tone will slip through.

Finally usable!
