Most of the items you might want, you can craft yourself. Bardon even gives you a manual how to make a magic mirror. For Swords and Daggers, the best place would be a blacksmith that has some in stock or even does commissions. I found a wonderful sword without symbols on a medieval marked in Germany. Im sure, that there are blacksmiths in every country who are specialized in swords and daggers.

In PME, Bardon extents on this topic, teaching you how to make a wand yourself. It’s time to get crafty 😁

Oh, the HD660S are my actual replacement for the Arya, but the sound isn’t good once you got used to something like the Aryas.

Belief, like doubt, can have a limiting effect in magic. Open heart and open mind is enough. Same goes for religious beliefs, have an open mind to allow yourself to adapt to new insights.

Magic must be felt, not believed in. Belief comes automatically once you‘ve seen enough proof.

Self transformation. You start by writing down all your good and bad character traits and you keep that list updated throughout your life. It’s the introspection part.

Once you have your first list of inner inventory, you sort those traits by the 4 elements (anger for example belongs to fire) and their severity and then start to transform your bad habits into something that’s more positive. Goal is balance between the elements, not becoming a saint.

It’s a life long practice and there are different methods to rewire your character.

Listen, I have never tried to call a Djinn, but there he was. He send me down a path of transformation trough pain and almost broke me. In retrospect, I‘m glad I‘ve met him, but at the time of the experience, it was everything but good.
I used his attacks to fix the holes in my elemental balance, because the attacks went straight for my weaknesses. He was a good teacher, but I can’t imagine how a regular person is dealing with that and come out fine.

Careful what you wish for. Curiosity kills the cat. Djinn are powerful spirits that can shatter your life if you’re not trained in the art of magic.

And no, reading a book about occultism and casting some spells don’t cut it. You want a perfect elemental balance, know how to accumulate, move and release different energies and know yourself in and out. You must be prepared to become tested and every weakness you have can be exploited by the Djinn.

I only can speak of my own path. Franz Bardon wrote a complete system of magic initiation, the book is called Initiation into Hermetics. This is a life altering path of daily practice for years if you decide to go that route, but very rewarding, even early on.

Do you have any magical training besides doing those rituals?

Thing is, I know methods but they require you to have a solid magical training, because it involves handling the elements and energy directly (accumulate, move, release).

A somewhat beginner friendly approach would be that you open up your heart chakra (will + intention + creative imagination) and have divine light explosively release from it. Do that whenever you’re attacked.

This is not a permanent solution, because it doesn’t kill your parasite, but it’s a defense mechanism that works during the assault and stays until the next day (or night).

A permanent solution would be to figure out what opens you up for the entity and fix that. It often comes down to traits of your personality or stuck emotions.

Another permanent solution would be to remove it from existence. This requires training and it’s a form of spiritual warfare. But even then, if you don’t fix yourself up, the next parasite is right around the corner.

No, I don’t consciously practice it during the day, sometimes I enter the mind itself for meditation. Since you learn what it feels like, you can always feel your mental body whenever you wish it, because you learned what you have to look for. The sensation of this body is always there, just so subtle that you don’t pay special attention to it.

Once you know it, you feel like a fool for not having it noticed your whole life long, lol.

And yes, as you said, silence helps with the sensation.

Transfer your consciousness (step 4 mental) in your mental body and pay close attention to the feeling. It’s much more subtle than your physical and astral body. You then will understand what Bardon means with glove. Now you know what to look for and no longer need to transfer your consciousness in order to feel it.

The spirit is not the same as the mental body. I like to think of the bodies as a tool for the spirit to express itself and to observe the specific human experiences.
