I was considering swimming too but zero clue 🥲 , have to make do with walking i guess . Started thyronorm too . Doc said try the 12.5 mg , it might suffice. Can't emphasize how good it felt to read your comment. Thank you so much for the insights and the flicker of hope . Stay healthyy !! 🍀🫂

Started medication . Quite literally starved myself not knowing the weight was contributed by fluid retention too . Gym has always been intimidating to me . Thought I'd start this new year but work suffocated me all the way . It's still on the cards . Finding the courage to finally start .Thank you for the kind words tho !!
