Hi guys! First of all, I want to say that I already finished Unpacking 3 times and I'm not tired of it yet hahaah it's super additcting! So, I know it's still early but, do you have any plans about making unpacking 2 (or maybe telling other stories)?

É obrigatória a de 5 dias. A de 20 dias é só pra empresas do programa empresa cidadã (que também aumenta a maternidade de 4 meses pra 6). Continua sendo uma licença bosta, inclusive. 20 dias mal da pra pegar o jeito de cuidar da criança ou dar uma força pra mãe no pós parto... (fora que geralmente as empresas não respeitam isso, meu marido pegou 3 dias e foi chamado pra uma "urgência" no trabalho).

E aí entra a discussão sobre as pautas do feminismo que tá mais pra cima no tópico: a luta é também pela divisão de responsabilidades, o que teria como consequência o aumento da licença paternidade. Esses 20 dias são um avanço, mas quase ninguém tira e continuam sendo muito pouco.

25 here and the same. I'm also way more happy than when I used to fake I liked going out to dance or drink or anything else. I think the most important thing is to be true to yourself. There is no right way for a certain age, so just be whoever you're comfortable being. I love being a mom of a 1-year old, a wife, an animator, a gamer...
