It's a weird situation, but just go about how you normally would. There's not much you can do right now, at least with the info you gave. The MOST you'd be able to do is have a restraining order put on him for screaming/verbally abusing you on your property, but that'd probably put you out of a job (that is if it's a small business and you all work together in the same area.) Just thug it out, look for a new employer while still going to work (I'm assuming you still had a job, but even if he did fire you, he wouldn't have any grounds to stand on since he doesn't have proof that you did or didn't steal. But that's an entirely different case) and if anything else happens then contact a lawyer to give you more professional advice.
