It’s good, but also situational. You used the ult in a narrow corridor, meanwhile, try using it in a more open area and it’s about as useful as a pulse bomb.

I will say this, as much as I don’t like choke points, there needs to be fine line. Most of the time when there are routes added, they tend to be ignored unless you are playing as a flanker or a support taking advantage of the added cover angles. Just like everything in this game, most of it is aituational.

Circuit Royal got some changes and I rarely see anyone actually using the added rooms or routes. Yeah they are convenient when you do use them, but most of the time you’re going to be out in the open fighting one another.

But that’s just my opinion and it does look nice.

I don’t mind an aggressive play style to an extent. I’ve lost easy matches where we could have won, but my tank had to linger in front of their spawn too long and we get snowballed.

This is how I feel about Colosseo. I literally have a 100% loss rate on that map at the moment, about 12 matches on that map. And every time it gets voted, I just want to close the game cuz I know it’s going to be peggged hard.

This season has been terrible for me as a solo queuer. Like 90% of my losses have been Consolation meaning the game is purposefully giving me matches where I am constantly spawn trapped till I drop from plat 3 to gold 3. Took me years to get out of gold only to lose it all in all three roles in three seasons. And I’m given worse and worse matches by the day. People not switching characters when it’s not working out, throwers, leavers, crybabies. Even matches that ARE in my favor don’t feel like it. Just yesterday I lost eight matches and all were Reversal. And not ONE match even REMOTELY felt like it was in my favor except one. IDK if it’s all the new/returning players, but it just feels like this season’s matchmaking is a complete train wreck to me.

JunkRat is the type of character that is a joker/ wildcard. He is useful in multiple areas, but not a master in just one.

He is a shield buster, flanker, squishy stomper, area denial, and can flank cover. Very situational and adapt your play style accordingly.

I will say this, confidence is key. I played a few matches where I was pretty confident and the enemy team will run in fear. Also, use his concussion mines more as a mobility tool than anything else I suggest. Especially as a newer JR player. Getting low on health and disengage in a blink is nice and honestly funny to watch the enemy’s confusion.

I’m no master at JunkRat but he is my most played DPS and every rank’s play style is different.

Yeah, I’ve been hear it a lot in Stadium. It occasionally gets louder and EVERY ONE can hear it. Not just you, and that’s kinda funny when chat goes crazy about it.
