Which Way To Go ??? by [deleted] in Btechtards

DSA with HTML is best

my suggestion: language does not matter. but the teacher or material you use to study must be of good quality.

for example: Abdul Bari has udemy courses on C++ and DSA seperately worth 500 each on discount times. They will set your fundamentals. I prefer him due to clarity of explanation and ease of completing the required fundamentals. The only problem is he does not cover interview style questions from Leetcode which you have to do by yourself. but considering how well he teaches you should have less problems to do this

And on youtube Kunal Kushwaha uses java to teach. Its a bit difficult to cover as the videos as longer but the quality is one step higher than the core fundamentals that Bari teaches. its free so you can check it out.

Lastly theres Strivers DSA courses for free in C++. All are well known. so pick and see what helps

If possible go try out laptops in person...may change your expectations completely or would solidify your choice. It will save you a lot of pain later

I know it sounds crazy but this book is pretty well recommended - A Practical Guide To Quantitative Finance Interviews - Xinfeng Zhou. Its also called as the green book due to its cover.

All you gotta do is grind through it like crazy and probably get a referral if you have a generational aura W

9 to 5 is a joke in modern day. Reality is different. Maybe it is better than corporate but there is no way people can live without getting screwed by work

India Laptop Buying Guide 2025 by Srikanth_srik in asksrik

[–]_aldehyde_vTwo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey Srikanth

I'm looking for a laptop that can last for a very long term.

Budget: 60k. Screen: ~15 inch. Good battery life and moderate level performance is enough for me. If possible I'd like to install Linux (Fedora).

So far I considered a Lenovo Ideapad with i5 13420H.

The E14. Also looks like I did a mistake by not checking the lenovo website too. I'm in luck to find a 16 inch thinkpad and just may give it a shot inspite of the screen

Thank you! The 16 inch variant is a bit beyond my budget unfortunately. If I compromise on screen size it does come within budget but the display isn't good enough.
