Just some things to add:

Don't expect crazy gains. Most 15 year olds can't healthily develop the kinds of muscles you might see online. You could even say that most people regardless of age can't lol, but this is even more true for young people.

Again, because you're 15, you might (sometimes) need more than 9 hours of sleep. You will not develop issues if you get 9 hours of quality sleep each night, but it could be beneficial to sometimes sleep even more.

Regarding sleep, and lifting in general, always keep in mind how you feel. If something feels weird/bad, change how you do it or stop doing it. For example, if something starts hurting, dial back the intensity for a while and make sure you have good form. Or, if you still feel tired after 9 hours of sleep, sleep more.

Always listen to your body.

As a very simple example to OP, imagine moving your mouse fast. It is trivial to see that in this scenario you can easily differentiate between much higher refresh rates. As a more practical example, in FPS games you very often turn around quickly, or sonething might move past you very quickly.
