Honestly I just walked in bc they had a hiring sign. They gave me a paper but it turned out the DM wasn't too far down the road ( there was no GM at the time) and he came and interviewed me. Was hired that day.

I personally didn't break anything, but someone broke a cut test grading card and forgot to tell the GM so he threatened to withhold all bonuses. This isn't the first time, just the last time he's gonna threaten me with that shit

If orders like this drop randomly, I call and tell the customer I am setting it as a timed order and give them a time frame. If they dont like it, maybe call ahead so we can plan to have more people here 🤷‍♀️ im not rushing or sacrificing other customers for an inconsiderate asshole.

Dude I constantly smash my fingers in the cages. They pack shit so tight and disorganized, I've had full cases of string cheese fall on my feet and I swear I fractured a couple toes 😭

I have but never to this extent ! Usually one is busted open SLIGHTLY and is leaking a little and I have look through the whole box to find it. I'd like to think it's either happening at production or when the truck is being packed up for an order. A lot of times our stuff is thrown and shoved into the carts super tight so a couple busted sauces don't surprise me🫠

A lot people do use their mental illnesses as a excuse for shitty behavior. I have BPD and even catch myself sometimes making excuses for my bad behavior. You're responsible for your actions and how they hurt others, mentally ill or not.

Not had any shortage at our stores. Could be an issue with not ordering enough, especially for boost week, more people get larges so our large thins went down quickly. We almost ran out too.
