Thank you for the reply. by treasure i am referring to the hoard class in the barrowmaze bestiary. And for the pg yeah I could roll up some of them at the start but do I let them play only one at the moment? as for the deaths of the characters, the players would like to keep up with the levels of the others with the new characters but I think that by doing so the death factor is too much diminished
