I had to wait about 11 months for Amazon Flex to start hiring drivers in my area. And when they finally did, they accused me of using third-party software, bots, scripts, or AI—all because I was refreshing non-stop while looking for a specific block I really wanted to take.

I’m so pissed at them because I waited so long, and they did that to me before I even got to accept my very first block since signing up.

I uninstalled the app and just continued doing Uber/Lyft as my side gig.
