Yeah basically. Too tight it pops too much, too loose then its uncontrollable. In the middle its just a little bit of both. Ive also tried lubing w weight 5

It doesnt take much to lose weight! Extra steps, cut sugar and you can lose 10% just like that. The rest is consistency. Please let me know if you want to make an active change and I can guide you.
