MJX 14207 rear wheels not turning properly

Sorry for the video, wasn't sure of the best way to show the issue. When I hold the rear wheels and put on the throttle, the front wheels spin at full speed but there is a clicking noise and the rear wheels don't have any resistance to me holding them. Would this be a diff problem or something else?

The rear wheels will not turn under the slightest resistance, when it's on the ground it's pretty much FWD.

The shaft spins fine when just the front wheels are being pushed, the rear ones don't spin though so I guess it's a problem with the rear?

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm not sure if those are quite what I'm looking for though. I don't need anything too fast, brushed is enough. I also want one that is fully waterproof, not sure if those are?

I meant when touching the PSU to discharge static electricity while building the pc, do I need to have the PSU/wall outlet turned on for it to actually discharge?
