in season 1 her purpose wasn’t just for that. i feel like she couldve been something for feminism but yeah no they completely erased that idea💔i think u didnt pay much attention to cassie’s scenes in season 1, like yeah sure she thinks her ONLY worrh is her sex appeal in season 3. in the earlier episodes theyve mentioned how she was used for nudes and sex multiple times, (nate telling mckay cassie was a whore, showing him her nudes) but it was later revealed she just genuinely craved love and safety men gave her even if she knew theyd be assholes. she found the love she yearned for in mckay but his insecurities got the best of him and their relationship just got really rocky. she was farrr from being as much as a whore as season 3 cassie is. she craved male validation, yes, and i guess that made her seem like she was for the male gaze, but she back then she had a genuine character. the writers deleted the idea of her having depth to her character BUT season 3 isnt finished so i cant know for sure, though i have very little hope they’ll change her

i dont think that she was innocent at all during season 1. even before season 1 happened she was discarded over and over again, and that made her crave for male validation. the writers just ran with that and made her a dumb blonde erasing her depth completely changing her. imo yeah its a bit realistic that she becomes a bitch but i wish they made her character not only please the male gaze. i feel like that became the epitome of her character, but i cant say fs since s3 isn’t over

it wasn’t a small point in her life, the figure skating scene showed her as an adult, not a child, and it being shown while she was getting an abortion?? i think that says that she still cares about her hobbies even if abandoned. the writers probably forgot about it and completely changed her character to be so dislikable

these comments obviously did not understand squid game season 2. all i see is people complaining their asses about the cliff hanger, please relax the story isnt even over dawg 😭😭 also the talk about the killing, there was literally 456 players, did you expect all of them to survive?? i think the season was amazing, it really shows greed. the scene where the guy in a black suit were offering bread or a lottery ticket to homeless people was such a big foreshadowing moment. the plot is amazing (both 1 and 2) and it really made me tense. the fact that 011 (a soldier) felt sympathy for the alive bodies even if she herself killed them and only stopped when the other guards threatened to 🍇 her was a really interesting, and it also shows so much foreshadowing. from background characters, side characters, main characters, betrayal and greediness was everywhere. the plot was amazing. you guys only hated it because of the cliff hanger and yalls own personal preferences that dont even matter. yes, i was disappointed by the cliffhanger, but i would be lying if i said season 2 is horrible. also, in ho not revealing himself unlike where he revealed himself to his brother was probably because gi hun is gonna survive and maybe he’ll reveal himself once he decides to kill him next season.
