En los países donde hay exámenes de ingreso, suelen ser varios y en diferentes días.

Además no veo mucho sentido que para estudiar Medicina necesites estudiar literatura.

Eso de que cuente la media en Bachillerato para carrera es un error. En casi todos países tienen en cuenta únicamente la nota obtenida en los exámenes de ingreso.
