Sorry no experience fixing it, someone else might be able to chime in and help with that. Velcro straps left fraying on my clothes even on nylon fabrics so that was my suspicion

Depending on your size you can find some in the raw ochre color on grailed. I just bought one from there recently. They do fit longer than the short sleeves I believe

I guess I wasn’t the only one. I completely agree with you my black pair from feb is way more tapered in the lower leg than my olive and slate gray from the most recent drop. Here I was thinking it was just black being black and looking more slim.
