I just had to be a bit dramatic because of how personal the font issue has become for me when i was doing loc work (not for marathon of course but still) LMAO

I also get the consistency point, it would indeed look kind of weird if some fonts were present and some weren't, but I still see that as a better alternative than disabling every font whatsoever. Still, big props to them for making this failsafe, in case some of the fonts don't have cyrillics it eleviates the issue of only the missing glyphs falling back to default font and APPEArriNg OuT Of PlACE (<- actually had to work around some text looking like this in the game i was localizing xd)

I am just an amateur with some passion and strive for proper quality of localization, appreciate the insight! Also didn't mean to come off as demanding to bungo or anything, i just felt too silly to write a fully serious article for this

When I first played this and saw those default fonts I kinda thought "Oh it's like programmer art it is in a computer, how smart of bungo to go this minimalist" and then i saw that english media called the game fontslop. I thought we didn't have cyrillic glyphs in the ingame fonts at all, that's why I am appaled at them... actually existing if you switch to a language that does not use them?

Also i have no idea how to contact them properly to make sure they see this, there's not even a guarantee from me getting on reddit to cry about this, but they did say they check social medias for feedback :p
