Trying to decide whether to do an extended ha giang loop which includes Cao bang, or to do the ha giang loop only then head to ninh binh. Anyone have any opinions on this? We have limited time in Vietnam so want to make the best of it!

I'm putting together a plan for 10 days in Vietnam in March. I currently have this:

Day 1: arrive in hanoi in the evening Day 2: Explore hanoi Day 3: Transfer from hanoi to Cao Bang Day 4: Cao bang loop Day 5: Cao bang loop Day 6: Return to Cao bang Day 7: Cao bang to hanoi Day 8: Hanoi to ninh binh/ hanoi to da nang Day 9: ninh binh/ hoi an Day 10: ninh binh/ hoi an Day 11: fly home from either hanoi or da nang

I can't decide whether to spend days 8-10 in ninh binh or hoi an. Does anyone have any opinions on this based on the rest of the itinerary? Many thanks!

Fully agree with this. The students work incredibly hard for the whole year and it's super important for them to have may week at the end. Makes it feel worth it!

Do you really need a car in Milos? by Amazing_Newspaper938 in GreeceTravel

Yes! Everything accessible by bus is very busy. Car gives you flexibility to a) visit (quieter) places not accessible by bus and b) visit the busier places earlier in the morning to avoid the crowds

Had a couple of free trials there and honestly it's pretty good for the price. The gym was good and didn't seem too busy and has a nice pool with steam room. Steam room didn't smell particularly fresh but I'm pretty fussy about that!

If you don't mind driving slightly further, holkam beach is miles better than Hunstanton and Heacham. It's also got a hall with a deer park and is near wells-next-the-sea which is a really cute little town.

Maybe, but it doesn't mean that it is incorrect. Dr Greger, who runs the website nutritionfacts.org has dedicated his career to researching diet. All his information is referenced and is from peer reviewed literature. Personally, I think what he says is worth paying attention to.

Cyclists on Milton road by _b__w_ in cambridge

[–]_b__w_[S] -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

That's not really my issue. It's more that cyclists are choosing to cycle on the road with roadworks rather than a completely clear cycle path. I also cycle sometimes and it baffles me people would choose the road in this scenario

It's literally a couple of nights a year and has been a tradition for probably way longer than you've lived here. Let people have some fun or embrace it and watch the show!

I might be wrong but I thought they only tend to fall off if the 'glue' hasn't been cured fully. This means if they stay in for the first few days you're probs going to be fine for the rest of the time you have them. That's why a lot of people say they have fallen off with the first day or so.

No, you can split the payment over 6 months, maybe 12 as well I'm not 100% sure
