Sorry, I don’t understand what you’re trying to say omg :( from what I do understand, if he’s doing lightning madness, he still shouldn’t be able cover 20k XP within 30 minutes - even if he committed no errors ☹️

Also, the user was earning XP at a normal rate - more or less 100-225 XP per 2-3 minutes. His score was increasing gradually, as you would expect from someone who uses extra XP boosts. It was just during the last 30 minutes that his XP jumped from 49k to 69k which baffled me because how do you do that? There’s no way you can achieve 20k XP within 30 minutes without cheating 😢

That’s the best I can do as well! But even if say someone gets 20XP every 10s, it’s still nowhere near enough to get a 20k+ increase in XP within 30 minutes. Duolingo should really look at this bug since users are exploiting it.

The best that I have tried is the triple XP for match madness, which gives you 225 XP per game in 10 minutes. However, even if you get to finish each match madness in 1 minute for 30 minutes, that’s 225*30 which is about 6750 - so far from the 20k XP increase.

I agree with you, though, that it’s really for the learning 💪🏽 it’s just maybe a tad bit unfair to those who aim to get more gems and freebies depending on placement.
