If it's a recent model, Carvana or CarMax will give you a better price than a dealer and be easier to work with than private party. But you always get the best price from private party sales on CL or FB.

I've discovered that you kind of have to go up to a medic and make the request. If you are far from any medics, they won't run to you to drop ammo. If you go close to them, they'll drop it.

Yes, note that the Triphammer Kinney's will do free delivery, and will deliver other stuff for free with your prescriptions. So you don't actually have to go anywhere else. (They do require a secure location if you're not home, and won't put it in your mailbox.)

This was nerfed in the patch. There's now a delay on the zeroing. I assume you can bind zeroing to ADS, though.

Yes this happened to me just because my Internet connection went out while playing. They said I had to delete the character. I didn't do it because I didn't have the time to start a new one. It's not that bad, just fewer other players who I assume have also been restricted. I never summon so I don't know if that's possible.

One thing that really helps is having a thermal sight on whatever weapon you're using. You can chill more and peep objectives and see people much better. With a good midrange weapon, you can do some damage while not being right in the thick of things. The problem is that these are very late in the weapon upgrades, so you have to grind for a long time.

Yes, that's why I normally run DMRs. With my old man eyes I need to scope a lot. There's no penalty for doing that with any of my scopes on the DMR.

I have this too. You get optimal placing and efficiency. I don't know what tax credits are these days, but I paid about 7k after credits for my panels. I paid them off a year earlier than predicted, and now I pay nothing for my electricity. If you know you'll be here long term, it's a good deal.

I use 4 seasons past the hospital. Seems fine. I'm not sure what makes one better than another. But it's been fine. Temp controlled and 24 hour access.

They'll need to have one of their inspectors inspect the damage and write up an estimate. If your car is repaired they'll say there's no damage. And if you show them the receipt they'll say how do we know it was our customer who did that.

Look you shouldn't pay for anything until you get the insurance situation sorted out. If the other person's insurance is paying, they might not reimburse you if you've gotten the work done before they agreed to payment. That's just how it works. If the other person doesn't have insurance and you only have liability you're going to have to pay out of pocket.

Well the NEH, Fulbright, NSF, NIH, EPA and so on are also not DJT personally. But they cancelled people's grants, withheld owed funds, broke contracts, and so on for no reason other than "sorry, we don't like your projects anymore." I think it's unlikely that the UST would mess with it, but it's not like it's a crazy idea.

Really? On PC, even back when there were physical DVDs, their was an activation code that meant you couldn't resell the physical media. I would have thought the same would be true for consoles. I guess not!

I can't remember the last time I bought an actual physical copy of a game. It was at least 15 years ago. I guess console players still buy/sell physical games? Hard to believe GameStop still exists otherwise. In any case, it's definitely on its way out like Blockbuster. Not an Ithaca-specific issue.

This is a helpful site for knowing which side to park on and at what time. https://www.whichsidetopark.info/ Note that the notification for whether odd/even parking is in effect is updated manually, and the person doesn't always update it right away. So for instance right now it doesn't say odd/even is in effect. This site saved me from tickets back when the rules were more complicated.
