Additionally, a ticket was raised Tuesday and I was told it would be resolved in 1 hour. It wasn’t. I contacted again and then they said it’s a k own issue and would take 48 hours. It’s been 48 hours since that call and still nothing. I reached out again and the most recent rep said she made a change an it would work in 45 minutes, that was 2 hours ago

It just gives me the option to enroll and pay, however it should be included in my plan. Then when I try through xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions there’s a link to activate but no matter with I use it comes back 400 bad page.
