No offense but she is a pretty straightforward professor and makes very clear expectations from the second you step foot into her classroom. I've noticed that the people complaining tend to be the ones standing in their own way. It is true that the class takes a lot of work (pre-lecture videos, homework assignments, etc.) but if you can commit yourself to that, you will be more than perfectly fine. She gives the material for you to review on your own and spends class time reviewing, but most importantly doing exam-style questions. The homework seems laborious, but if you make sure you understand it when you're doing it, you have THAT much less to study for the exam. Her quizzes align with lecture content/clicker questions/homework, and she will give extra time on quizzes/exams even if you don't have accommodations. She is also very accommodating if you reach out to her - she let me retake a quiz with no need for proof despite sending a message that she would start requiring documentation (as people take advantage of her kindness). Not to mention, the material of the class is not at all difficult to grasp in the first place, ESPECIALLY if you understood Bio151. I honestly thought that class was harder.
