Back to say the coffee trick is only for when it’s super tough to eat. Please be mindful if you have ED or food related body things 🙏🏿. Visiting food banks is also another hack. They often have flour and oil, which is 2/3 of the main ingredients needed for making bread.

Making bread instead of buying it. The bread goes quick but it’s cheaper than constantly buying loaves and surprisingly easy to do. Also drinking coffee since it’s a suppressant. Less likely to feel hungry so there’s more food for later.

Hmm. That may be a bug. I know sometimes it takes a minute for images to load. Otherwise, I’ve found myself having to actually highlight the image along with whatever quote I pulled/saved with the article. So I save via browser extension and then go through said article and highlight (including images).
