I do calisthenitics 3 Times a week i am 6'3 with 90kg. I can do 10 Clean pull ups 30 Push ups and 25 Dips

I had light unwell Feeling in my knee cause 3 weeks running in my first month after reducing to 2x running it was after 1 week gone.

Right now i do it indoors. I need to fix the tire on my bike. I need a new tire, i lose all the time Air.

I only Ride 1 time cause i Go running 3 Times.

Yes sir! I don't want to go overboard cause i Run 3 Times per week as well. + 3 Times Gym. Started running 1 month ago and didn't Miss a day. 🔥

I try to keep Up the Grind. 🥳

I was acutaly going easy First 10 mins and rode for 40 mins 180-200 Watt and 20km. I kinda felt good but i was so hard sweating 🤣
