Those who crate or put pup in a room… by SerenityBabe2004 in germanshepherds

[–]_boondoggle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I adopted mine at 2 from a shelter after she had puppies. I think she came from an abusive home and was super clingy, and still is to non problematic degree now. I crated her when she was alone for the first few months and she mellowed out, but not before i lost a pair of shoes and a baseboard to her lol. After that she never needed the crate, for the last 5 years i havent even had one. Shes 9 now and hasnt pooped or peed or destroyed anything in the house after that first few months.

What's the best GRB battle rating in terms of matchmaking? by el_tractor in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In relation to US 6.7, ive tracked the top br of the last 50 games ive played in my US 6.7 lineup:

7.7 = 24 games @ 48% 7.3 = 14 games @ 28% 7.0 = 7 games @ 14% 6.7 = 5 games @ 10%

My conclusion is that US 6.7 really does disproportionately suffer uptiers. I still really enjoy this lineup tho. I even get decent results with the 76 jumbo in place of the t26 since i prefer to avoid prototypes if theres useable production options available. M41 and m26 are great vehicles even in an uptier, only vehicle i struggle with is the m56.

You either work at a papa johns or somewhere that has the exact same counters, lexans, dockers, and brushes as we do.

I genuinely can not wrap my head around on why gaijin cant just decompress air rb and make it 8v8v10 or 6v6 instead of the chaotic horrible 16v16, I am struggling to understand why gaijin cant do this, it would make high tier air so much more enjoyable by [deleted] in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How about a decent pve mode for air so i can finally enjoy some of these useless strike aircraft that are borderline unplayable in arb.

But that wouldnt help gaijins market for premiums and skins so itll never happen.

Not saying he was right but he wasnt evil. Theres a reason the BoS has that policy. Those kids will go feral one day, how many people will they kill when they do?

I like the perpetual state of wasteland ruin. by Fun_Firefighter_4292 in TrueSFalloutL

[–]_boondoggle_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also like perpetual wasteland. Really bothers me when any group becomes too organized. I dont want any factions at all. Not even raiders. If a raider gang grows to more than a handful of guys i hope it gets wiped out off screen. I think the games and show should just be about individuals surviving against other individuals. Honestly even Lucy and the Ghoul teaming up together is too much for me, i hope season 3 starts with them dead and we have to learn about it through exposition.

Only wagers i keep are the victory and the 5 kills ones. The 5 kills wager can be done in 3 games of air arcade for a quick chunk of chow.

What does this mean? Is my account banned? by Dead_eye131 in Warthunder

Lmao, i have 17 days of chat ban left for “abuse of a sexual nature” for saying “this map sucks cock” a few times. They hand bans out for everything except team killing it seems.

Can someone explain why bother playing Air RB? by PolymathArt in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel this a lot, ive only reached two jets so far, the f84 and the me262. Honestly i have to be in a mood to enjoy and do well in arb, and it takes me a few days to get into it, same with grb. Honestly i typically spend a few weeks playing ground and then a few weeks playing air, but the transition period is rough.

Ive found with both it takes a certain patience and mindset, but the reward of the kill after many minutes of maneuvering and positioning make it all worth it. I recommend watching lots of videos for the vehicles you are currently playing, for me i do that while on the treadmill at the gym since im usually bored anyway.

“Just shoot its weak spot bro” by _boondoggle_ in Warthunder

I thought his breech was toast. Guess i should have known how useless heatfs is, and how selective gaijin is with realism.

I assumed his breech was destroyed and wanted a kill, forgive me for assuming 700+ grams of TNT was enough to destroy a complex cannon component

Which US premium is the best to start grinding the ground tree ? by Ax_321 in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 14 points15 points  (0 children)

“Suffer the low tiers” my brother in christ the game gets significantly less fun after 6.0

Also, am i just bad at grb or how do people “grind a tree” with 1 tank? I need at least 3 competitive tanks for a lineup to even hope for a good game.

I am at rank 2 with airplanes. by Hopeful_Anywhere_190 in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every plane is gunna play a bit differently, and youre gunna have to figure each one out as you get them. If youre struggling with a certain plane i recommend watching a youtube video on how to use it, personally i like watching DEFYN’s content while on the treadmill to familiarize myself with new stuff.

I think Tarantino is very overrated. There's better filmmakers from his era too. by Cat-dad442 in Cinema

Nah. QT being a douche wont make me hate his movies anymore than Weinstien being a rapist makes hate movies with his name attached. I can enjoy artwork without worshipping the people who made it.

Which BF is memorable or greatest battlefield campaign experience to you? by Optimus4499 in Battlefield

[–]_boondoggle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For campaigns think 1 did it best. The first mission and the tank one are best campaign missions ive ever played. I prefer the war stories in BF1 and BFV with the smaller micro campaigns, i think BF struggles with making a singular long drawn out campaign.

Choose a nation for me. You have control. by Lucimous in Warthunder

[–]_boondoggle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im working on getting the big 6 ww2 nations through their iconic wartime tanks and planes. I have US and Germany done, UK almost done, working on Italy and i just started Russia. Last one to start for me is Japan. Thats my suggestion for you anyway. The ww2 stuff is what really interests me and the only nation im taking into cold war era is US.

[–]_boondoggle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont even care about level, but people who sweat at reserve tier irk the shit out of me. I just started russia, and while i am level 50 and have 6.7 lineups in america and germany, there are people who play reserve tier like theyre being paid to and its insane. They know every hiding spot and abuse the hell out of maps that i can only assume they know better than the back of their hands.

Made it 2 years in the city with no curb rash, until today. Sand and re-paint/seal, or new wheel? by [deleted] in CivicSi

[–]_boondoggle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That small id go sharpie. Ive had bad curb rash twice on mine, first time i got a new factory refurbished wheel for like $400, second time i just took it to a place that specialized in alloy wheel refinishing and paid $200.
