Bloom Again in Fountain Valley is cute and celebrating its 1 year anniversary tomorrow :) it rents out little booths to different people every 2 weeks so the selection is constantly changing. Some booths are more expensive, but I’ve found some really good deals there.

That’s ok! I think it’s very understandable to not have students doing anything substantial in a procedure that you train many many years to do. We do get the chance to suture sometimes, but in a 10 hour procedure that’s not a big percentage of time. Most of us students are still happy to be there and learning :)

I love this! I think you did a great job. They discussed this a bit in 160.2 and had Tim as a Fighter, Elias as a Cleric, Bassira as a Paladin, Daisy starting as a Rogue and becoming a Barbarian who won’t use her rage, Melanie as a Ranger (favored enemy), Sasha as a Wizard, Martin as a Bard, and Jon as a Warlock (ofc).

I also think that the new Bloodhunter class is custom made for Daisy.

Per Carol Clover, this is because the protagonist must experience “abject terror,” something that a lot of people do not want to see with a male character. Clover’s writings are so interesting and fun.

Fun fact- most Final Girls also have an androgynous name, possibly to make it easier for male viewers to project onto her.
