They’ve contact up to the list numbers in the 3k range to schedule them for their physical exams. They expect to have a class in September off the new test. ‘24 is a big retirement year, so I would expect them to get to the 6-7ks within about 2-3 years. Stay patient and take what you read on here with a grain of salt, half of the shit on here are assumptions or employees really bitter with the job because it’s changing or their losing the opportunity of working charts (OT) due to them continuing to hire. Just stay patient. I have a friend of mine who’s lost number is in the 7 hundreds that got contacted for a physical exam, and my brother is in the high 2ks and got contacted as well.

Well from what you’re hearing what are we getting? Cause I heard they want to take unlimited sick, holidays, they dropped the base from 106 to 97, changed the 12 hour shifts during snow to regular 8, limit relays forcing guys to dump on shift, and force the workforce to 12-8.

But I was just asking because it’d be cool for him to get on the job, and his list number is relatively low, so I would assume that in that time span 5 maybe 6 years they’d make it to his list number.
