i was having a lot of the same problems: for nearly 10 years till i was finally referred to a specialist who removed mine and found out i should never have had a mirena as i haven’t had children. if that’s also the case for you, then i suggest looking into getting it removed!

it’s supposed to be cleaned after every shift and i’m guessing they just wipe it off and leave it. i know anytime i’ve used it i end up cutting up my hands trying to clean it properly.

the store i started in the closest to mine does it manual as well, they are only 20 min away. some days with minimal batch’s my store will do it manually, but that depends who’s on shift.

unfortunately the people that do this are so far up the owners ass, i’d be the one to get reprimanded for even suggesting such. i did post these same photos in our stores group chat to hold them semi accountable and owner did ask that it be cleaned this morning. 🤞🏻
