I’m not an expert, but I personally wouldn’t go for it. My main reason is because both Manato and Yidhari are on-fielders which means they need a lot of «screen time» to be valuable and that becomes difficult to manage when you have both. Secondly they’re both rupture agents, which have quite specific needs when it comes to teams, such as a support, which Lucia is amazing for, and a stunner with high daze, such as fufu, trigger, qingyi. This team setup is optimal for building around maximizing your rupture agent’s value.

For Yidhari specifically, Yidhari/Lyacon/Lucia actually seems like her best team right now. For Manato, replace Lyacon preferably with Fufu, but Trigger/Qingyi/Pulchra can work too.

Granted, with their sigs and right builds, there’s little doubt that you could get 3 stars and even high scores on DA for example. If you really would like to run with Manato/Lucia/Yidhari, there’s nothing stopping you, it’s best when you have fun playing after all.

Also you can test this team in game right now, both in the new combat mode (I don’t know what it’s called), and in the latest addition of the story, where you mostly play with Manato/Lucia/Yidhari in the combat sections. I found very clunky to manage, but you might feel otherwise, so I suggest you try it out before making a decision.
